We can't install World of Warcraft: Forever because your operating system doesn't meet the minimum specs to run

As suggested in the title, I am getting the error: We Can’t install World of Warcraft: Forever because your operating system doesn’t meet the minimum specs to run it. Your OS: Windows 11 / Minimum: Windows 10. Error code: BLZBNTAGT000009CF.

Please help!

Thank you. My computer is relatively new and is currently using an AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT.

Processor AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor (4.30 GHz)
Installed RAM 32.0 GB
Graphics card AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT (16 GB)
Storage 477 GB of 1.36 TB used
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Bump, seeking solution to this problem as well.

Videocard launched AFTER 2020, it is nearly a decade newer than required based on blue post.

Frustrating for those that bought beta access…

Also having the same problem, computer meets all requirements

Choose the “Share Data” option, that will cut the space requirement in half.

I know this may be a dumb question and it definitely happens, but are you sure your monitor is plugged into the 6800 XT gpu and not an integrated gpu?

Similar situation here as well. Error reads System does not meet min req for OS Win 10 while having windows 10 as shown below within guidelines.

Processor Intel(R) Core™ i9-9900KF

Installed RAM 32.0 GB DDR4

Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 (8 GB)

why is that dog in your icon absolutely ripped now

That’s no dog, that’s a Jimothy.

Correct, I am plugged into the video card. I have tried many fixes and nothing seems to work.

Any updates?

I found a fix, at least for my setup and hope this helps others that have the same problem! I used the “Fix problems using Windows Update.” This is the setting that Reinstalls your current version of Windows while apps, files, and settings are preserved. This seems to have resolved my issue. I hope this helps!
