I created my character and when the loading screen finishes I end up with a full system crash. Happened twice now with both enhanced models selected and deselected.

This is a WoW forever issue so it’s fine posting it here.
In fact, I don’t think you’d get answers or noticed by blizzard nearly as quickly if you posted in the Mac only area.

Yup, there’s multiple other threads on it already (I posted on another one), same issue. Mac client doesn’t seem to work properly.

I am having the same issue. As soon as the blue load bar reaches the end, the game crashes. The game has also crashed my Mac twice.

So glad it’s not just me… thought it was an issue with my computer. MBP m1 16gb with no issue playing other wow versions (retail and classic)

There’s some sort of issue with WoW Forever and the Window Server Process. Other wow versions seem okay, just WoW Forever crashes Window Server in Mac OS.
M5-Pro 18cpu/20gpu 48GB. Mac OS 27.2

Keeps crashing trying to load in. Now wow forever client says “update” in battlenet launcher and keep throwing an error when you press update.

I’ve got flickering textures in-game at max settings mostly near shadows. AMD 6600xt. Happens in classic sometimes too

M4 - 16 GB RAM
Character creation works and when trying to enter the game it crashes and goes to the Mac OS login screen. After logging back in get the following error message:
“WindowServer experienced a problem”

this is a bummer. I get it’s a beta but they should have been on top of this and did testing. If the beta was free then fine that’s fair but this is a paid for beta…
