I agree there should be some rewards for the folks watching from home. Everyone loves incentives. Keep some rewards to just those who attend in person. Given the cost of Blizzcon, give us some really nice reward incentives beyond the backpack. I mean, how many backpacks does one need?

Can i just have 800 tenders instead? :upside_down_face: :folded_hands:

What’s the source of the “Clockwork Quacker” pets in the journal tagged with “Blizzcon 2026”? Don’t tell me they are in-person attendance rewards…

200 Tendies?

Edit: I am absolutely being silly about this and in no way too serious. But It would have been neat to have 2 different 250 Tendie milestones for the watch

Blizzcon 2008: Here is a physical bag of goodies. The paladin in a ball inflatable was awesome. Patton Oswald was there.

2009: Ozzy

2010: Tenacious D w/ Dave Grohl

2011: Cannibal Corpse + L90ETC

Fast forward to 2026 and its some in game currency that you get for free already plus some really “eh” digital items. none of the musical guests are featured for WoW, it’s all the other games getting those this year.

Pretty underwhelming honestly. Y’all built zero hype and haven’t even tried for years. Just cancel the con. Doors close at 7pm? really guys?

Also how big is the bucket, pray tell? Are we talking like a ‘fetch a pail of water’ bucket or those industrial cement mixing sized buckets?

Cause if we’re talking about a pail, then only the tendies and plushie could potentially fit.

Those cement mixing buckets however may be able to fit the tendies, plushie and the rug mount if you cram it in there. Highly doubt there’d be room then for the last thing.

Man, those were the days. Now I got the feels. Ugh.

Blizzcon now feels more like a two day press conference than a convention.

I do miss actually being hyped up for it, watching the streams and events. now, I kind of just want them to get it over with.

So we have like 34 hours to watch 12 hours?

Do you think people can watch streams while in school, at work, sleeping, or running errands?

EDIT: And if it ends up only being blizzcon streams that are eligible, that means you expect us to watch 12 hours of like 15.5 hours of blizzcon?

A while back, I watched one of the streams because I couldn’t attend and it was.. idk different. Haven’t watched since.

I’ve been many times though. I was there when they announced Titan.. and then Overwatch. I saw the Warcraft movie trailer in the theatre, which they made just for that event, upstairs. So many good times… and the after parties.. sheesh.

Your privilege is showing. Not everyone lives in the US and can easily travel to the US, nor can everyone afford hundreds of dollars and a plane ticket and hotel/food costs for a game event.

Your reward is seeing the stuff in person.

I don’t want to sound greedy, but 200 Tenders is a little underwhelming.
Especially considering how many things there are to buy this month.

It’s a “once-a-year” opportunity, so if it were up to me, I’d increase it to 2,000.
That way, it actually feels like a “celebration.”

Time to break out my ancient laptop and let it run on the floor while I watch TV and/or play games.

Hey thanks for including tenders! :+1:
