Hello,

We just sent a hotfix with the following changes to Nymrissa Wavecaller on Mythic difficulty:

  • Abyssal Rain’s initial damage reduced by 12.5% on Mythic difficulty
  • Abyssal Rain’s periodic damage reduced by 20% on Mythic difficulty
  • Reduced Abyssal Rain’s damage scaling based on group size for larger groups
  • Frost Burst damage reduced by 40%

Any other raid tuning you guys wanna announce? (It’s day 5 and they’re still doing heroic and calling it poorly tuned btw)

Are these live now or after reset today?

it’s not unusual to do heroics into Sunday. Now they’ll get a few mythic bosses down today and tomorrow so they can farm them after reset. then next reset they’ll go 6/8 and repeat. with RWF ending in the final days of third reset. Probably Saturday.

It’s funny, in a strange sort of way, that even with these changes a lair boss is still harder than at least 5/8 of the mythic raid.

you know, it turns out flex raiding is possible afterall. this is good.

This boss needs more nerfs on every difficulty.

How did you go from Sporefall being pretty decent to whatever this train wreck of a boss is?
