Corrected the text of the Coiled Altar hotfix from September 15:
1 Spiteful Soulcoiler will always spawn nearby Malacrass on Mythic difficulty.- Increased the likelihood a Spiteful Soulcoiler will spawn near Malacrass on Mythic difficulty.
