Curse of Ula’tek brings new user interface updates to help you keep track of cooldowns, consumables, and key combat information. Track potions and trinkets in the Cooldown Manager, ping key spell and health information to your party, and adjust Raid Frames to keep the healing effects you rely on front and center.
kinda neat they’re using resto druid in the blog, I guess they’re good for something
Please work on spreading nameplates next. The overlap even on stacking nameplates is so bad.
Brought to us by the clowns that get maelstrom on my resource display.
Did… Did people not keep track of their potion and trinket CDs using the action bar button they assigned to each…?
Not including this on release of Midnight is frankly, embarrassingly inexcusable.
this is a great feature but it’s 16 months too late. Why is ui dev so incredibly slow? Why are so many default ui systems STILL utter trash? And why for the 100th time didn’t you do all this BEFORE the addon purge, which you had to roll back because your default ui was so bad?
But none of these new implemented things matter? There are hundreds if not thousands of bugs and UI errors and functionality breakages and you’re adding a feature that isn’t helpful to anyone.
No.
I don’t even have my action bars visible.
Well look at that! We’re almost reaching the same standard addons had after the addon purge. If this was done 4 months faster they’d almost be able to rival an amateur spending a few hours of his spare time developing addons.
Completely and utterly useless. We still can’t track buffs from trinkets without addons.
As others have said this basic information tracking should have been in the game at expac launch.
It’s just embarrassing at this point that part time hobbyists were able to create systems that were so much better (with visual and customization options) than the professional “programmers”.
STILL can’t have a group kick tracker, STILL don’t have meters that share needed information let alone give you accurate numbers, STILL need addons to make up for the limited information that the game actually gives us. You gave us a failed kick visual that wasn’t even needed, like cmon.
Not to mention what’s going to be completely broken on launch day from this… it’s just sad.
yeah, definitely can’t see them through that big, toothy helmet of yours
Blizzard, please let us track the Precognition buff in pvp. It’s so so so difficult to tell when you have it up right now, and the Cooldown Manager doesn’t let us track it.
What its been in game for a long long time . Right up in right hand corner by clock for potions and on bars for trinkets . Should of wasted your time on damage meters .
Good. If you want to push major cooldowns as moba ults, you have to be able to ping when you’re gonna be strong.
Subtlety Rogue’s PvP Talents:Smoke Bomb cant be track successfully
Subtlety Rogue’s spell : Shadowstrike not support to track
Subtlety Rogue when choose Deathstalker Hero Talents , the class
Abilities:Eviscerate cant be track successfully
BYT:every spell of Rogue need to be support tracking in cdm
need to be fix on 12.1
You mean like we used to have it?
Players can ping their action bar or the Cooldown Manager directly providing your team with the status of your spells.
Can’t wait until people get pissy with each other in LFD/LFR for someone spamming that. ![]()
Have they added an option to hide Actionbar 1 without needing an addon to do it, so I can use the CD manager icons exclusively?
Yea the only useful thing I can think of is “pinging” your interrupt and interrupt cd lol.
