We’ve identified and developed a fix for an issue that could cause a realm to crash, so in this region, we’re scheduling a quick realm maintenance for all Classic Era realms starting in about 20 minutes. As always, players should see server messages in-game soon.
Following today’s weekly maintenance, we kept Hardcore realms offline as a cautionary measure, and Hardcore realms will remain offline for a bit longer while we confirm that the issue is not a threat to their stability.

You are crashing out while ur chat claims era is high pop and ironforge pro has fake numbers. Era doesn’t have millions of players the UI doesn’t ruin the game
Ridiculous. What is the point of maintaining an ERA / vanilla server if you modernize it? The whole charm of those servers is to avoid these crap changes from the modern game.
You understand that in 2004 blizzard updates the game for no reason and broke the game like this almost every other month. You should be happy to get a 2004 experience
Why is era continually getting UI “improvements” (that aren’t), that constantly break all our addons, while the features we want (like ally rends, repeatable rend quests, seasonal events like openning of AQ40 & pre-naxx scourge event) are never anywhere to be seen?
Right I get that, obviously bugs happen from updates. They brought a 2020s UI element to a 2004 game. It’s unnecessary. Your whole argument of “there were updates back then that broke the game” is a generalization of this specific problem that no one wanted. It wasn’t broken before, so why did they try to fix it?
