All Nebulous Voidcores that were spent prior to 8:05pm PDT on Wednesday, April 22 have now been refunded. You may need to relog if you happened to be online while the currency grant was processed. An in-game mail was sent as well, but the currency itself should just pop back into your currency tab when you log back in.
