We’ve been investigating an issue where some raid instance lockouts are inaccessible, and it’s a difficult issue to solve, but we’ve got a fixup ready to deploy and we have to take realms offline briefly to fix it.
This will wipe players’ older lockouts (any lockouts created before about 17 hours ago).

Could you please clarify if with the maintenance, old lockouts that could be extended are being wiped out?
For example, if I had Nerub-ar Palace lockout from last week at Queen Ansurek and wanted to extend it this week, will this lockout be gone?
