just a PSA guys if youre thinking about using a faction change there seems to be a chance itll break your transmog and replicate one of the bugs kaivax said they pushed back the pre patch for. outfits wont save on that character and will still cost money
ive already reported the bug in game and on the bug report forum, i just wanted to get this out there so yall can avoid the annoyance if possible

I’m just having problems getting my transmog to work. I picked an outfit but I go to “Situation” and click on “Apply” and nothing happens. I’m still wearing the same old outfit.
On two of my 'toons I flipped the “situations” back and forth a few times and it worked but on the third nothing seems to get it to actually change my outfit.
The one that didn’t work was a 'toon I leveled in LeMix.

The gold cost tied to this is nuts and just shouldn’t be a factor in this new system. Have lost so many appearances from various items already mogged.

It’s not just in case of a faction change. As a hunter, I can’t transmog by gun/bow.
I just lost a lot of gold figuring this out, can someone reverse that?
At all? I only couldn’t access Legion artifact appearances on my hunter, but I could do other appearances just fine.
I almost want to laugh at this. Couldn’t play yesterday because of this patch, I couldn’t launch the game because AVG for the longest time, and now I can’t faction change a spare DH to make a VELF one lol. Man…good times.

Please fix this ASAP. This is really really annoying to have to deal with after spending 30 dollars on a faction change.
Fix the transmog cost this is absurd and people are just opting out of a system that should have generated tons of interaction.
Give your xmog a name and icon then put it on your bars and use it. That should apply the look I had the same problem last night.
Not just faction change, I am experiencing the same bug with a server transfer + rename (no faction change) on my alliance DH.
Hopefully get refunded for all this gold I’ve spent trying to get this working?
