I appreciate that standing on someone of the opposite realm does not one shot you, but rather does high periodic damage. I enjoy as a healer being able to counter some mistakes vs just wiping the raid or causing instant death.
I think the fear in special realm could add more noticeable visualization, was a bit hard to see who need stood on to break out. It always going on a healer meant the downstairs solo healer (as the other one is feared) had to spam that feared player a lot while the debuff was pulsing on them, in addition to a decent amount of aoe healing down there, so that might need tuned (or were were doing something wrong) if it intentionally always goes on a healer.
