We’ve been around for over two years starting from 10 small faction refugees, and expanding to a guild with 3-4 teams. We’re in it for the long haul - I know that the 3/10 is kinda disappointing right now - but I just took over a leadership role on the team and I am replacing the low performers to steer the ship. RAID TIMES: Tuesday/Thursday from 6:00-9:00 pm PT
This is our guild’s more relaxed, but still progressive raid team.
Some mythic raiding experienced is preferred
A history of performing well as an AOTC raider is required.
You should have an intermediate/advanced understanding of how to play your main class and spec in a raid environment.
Players will come to raid prepared having researched a progression encounter prior to raid time.
Players will must maintain their characters and continue to advance/gear them - “Team” mentality.
All healers are required to have a mythic-capable DPS spec or alt.
- This means your DPS spec or alt will be able to perform in-line with the overall team’s DPS expectations.
Players on this team will be expected to reasonably keep up with their daily/covenant quests to continue improving for raid.

Impulsive is a Cutting Edge focused raiding guild started in the later end of Nyalotha progression. We are located on the Bleeding Hollow server.
Raid Nights:
Tuesday, Wednesday: 9 P.M. - 12 A.M. P.S.T.
(Optional) Thursday: 9 P.M. - 12 A.M. P.S.T. currently we are using this night for heroic and alts.
Current progress is AOTC and 5/10M
Having started together in the last few months of Nyalotha with no real plan, the group cleared 7/12 Mythic in a small time frame and are now aiming to be completely Cutting Edge focused. Starting from the ground with experienced raiders and leadership, adding organization and a goal oriented mindset will aid us in achieving that goal. We understand, and believe in, people having and maintaining lives outside of the game. Our primarily two night a week with an optional third contributes to that. However, we take our hobbies seriously. Having a small raiding schedule is great, but comes with it’s requirements. We expect:
Activity - You don’t have to play 24/7, but you should be interacting with the game. Not raid logging.
Willingness to Improve / Accept Criticism - The cold reality is Mythic raiding is not for every player that logs into WoW. We understand that. We are by no mean going to be jerks to you, but we’re operating under a full visibility clause. All mistakes and performance is opened to being pointed out, for whatever detriment this causes. If people get sensitive, we work through the problem, if they can’t adapt - they don’t fit here.

Impulsive is a guild with the focus of obtaining Cutting Edge on a 2 day a week raiding schedule. We raid late night, Tuesday and Wednesday from 12 A.M. - 3 A.M. We are looking to grow our numbers for consistency and more M+ groups!

Know your class: just like above, take advantage of external sources to know how to play your class to its maximum potential.
