Block Party is THIS Tuesday and Wednesday on the Warcraft Twitch Stream!
I can’t even believe how cool the stuff is that everyone’s built is!
You’ll be able to join us for all of the judging and Block Party action from 4-7pm PST (that’s pacific!) both Tuesday December 16th and Wednesday December 17th night!!
Do you wanna come see the homes in person and celebrate with us?
We’re going to have groups up in the group finder in game!! Everyone can come join us in our Neighborhoods for a little Block Party and tour all of the homes and get ideas! You can even chit chat with our home designers. Everyone is welcome to visit and look around!

Event Info
What: A housing contest and Neighborhood Block Parties that celebrate the wide variety of things players can do with housing.
When: Submissions are open now until December 10th.
When are the parties though? Neighborhood Block Parties, which will take place in game including during our streamed live judging on the Warcraft Twitch Channel December 16th and 17th from 4-7pm PST and one community night for celebrating the fan voted awards on December 20th.
Where: Founder’s Point and Razorwind Shores.
How: Submit your designs in this form and bring your home to our neighborhoods for the week!
Who can apply: Anyone with a NA account
How many people will be selected to show off their homes?: Up to 50 people for Founder’s Point and up to 50 people for Razorwind Shores!
Any home? YES! Show us all of your creative ideas! We want to see the silly, the cool, the platformers, the themed, the magical, the “how did they do that!”, the NPC-style homes and shops! We genuinely want to see everything you are creating!
Selection and Judging
Judges: Special guest judges will pick their favorites of various categories, and award some very cool IRL prizes on two live streams while touring both neighborhoods!
Fan Judging: We won’t just be letting our Guest Judges decide on homes, though! We’re going to open up community judging, allowing everyone to vote on their favorite homes and award additional prizes and awards!

We know! Show us your ideas of what you’re planning to build for the event!
Plus based on player feedback we are allowing submissions from the first week or so of Early Access too!
Event Timeline:
Houses will be selected form submissions from any player who has access to Early Access Housing.
Submissions will be selected via screenshots, and not via GIFs or videos, to keep things equal. Screenshots should not be edited to the best of the user’s abilities.
Applications will now be closed on December 10th with some early acceptance notifications going out at the start of December and rolling acceptance notifications going forward.
These participants will build their homes in their own neighborhoods and then move into two Horde and Alliance themed “party neighborhoods” the week before the events on the nights of the 12th and 13th.
Players will have December 12th/13th (depending on their move in day) to December 15th to complete their yard décor to their liking based upon their assigned plots, and make any internal adjustments as well. If any alternates need to be switched in during this time, we will do so.
December 16-17 will be the days of the Streamed Neighborhood Block Parties, with the Horde and Alliance each getting an evening of focus on our streams.
Judges on stream will pick their favorites from several categories each night December 16th and 17th 4pm and 7pm. At the same time, we’ll be opening up Fan Voting as well!
A final community night for enjoying the House Designer’s effort’s enjoyment, on the 21st!
At the end of the parties, we may take some screenshots before you move back out, especially of the winners, but mainly we’ll be giving out awards to winners and celebrating how much fun it was to party with everyone!!
FAQ
- What if I can’t attend? Will I/My home still be eligible to win? Yes! We know you may have to work some/all of the nights. We just ask that you leave your home open to visitors. The question about availability has no impact on your selection, just giving us a heads up on finding an alternative rout to allowing people to ask you questions about your home if you’re open to it.

- Do you want beta screenshots or live screenshots? Please submit your most current screenshots! They do not have to be your complete exact home on live. I answer this question in detail on the form and in this reply here.
