No question there are a solid several hundred people who hate eSport and will generate thousands of notes complaining about this event. What do you bet those several hundred will come away believing that they “speak for the community” of millions of WoW players.
They don’t. There are hundreds of thousands who watch these events on Social Media. For many of us seeing the best players play this game is a lot of fun.
So here’s a suggestion. If you don’t like this event, don’t watch it.

I think once it’s properly implemented and people have had time to collect decorations, we should have an HWC (Housing World Championship) giving participants exactly 3 hours to design the best possible house from scratch and then be judged for best in show
