Where’s the release date
EDIT. I am wrong here. It’s in the second paragraph of the section titled, " World of Warcraft: Midnight - A New Chapter Unfolds". Mea Culpa.
Super interesting that there’s no mention of an increase in level cap.
(waits patiently for my Gnome Paladins)

It does say
“Players will level up to 90”
Where? What section? Apologies. I’m either blind or it’s not there.
Sorry, I’m not allowed to buy this expansion, Midnight is past my bedtime.
So, why give Demon Hunters to Void Elves yet not Nightborne? Has Blizz’s Alliance bias got to the point of not even giving anything to the Horde anymore? Sincerely considering unsubscribing now, shameful state things got to.
It’s in the section titled “A New Chapter Unfolds” in the link.
In depth Dev Panel where they talk about the expansion is on Thursday. They could be saving this for that
Near the top.
Its under the first yellow text header called " World of Warcraft: Midnight - A New Chapter Unfolds"
It says
In Midnight, players will embark on an epic journey through the second chapter of the Worldsoul Saga as the Void threatens our world. Xal’atath, the Harbinger poses our greatest threat as she grasps for more power and unleashes chaos in her wake with the invasion of Azeroth.
Arriving over the glittering elven kingdom of Quel’thalas, the looming Voidstorm threatens to extinguish all light and cover the world in darkness. Players will level up to 90 and explore four new and reimagined zones to uncover the heart of Xal’atath’s machinations while seeking out new allies among the light and shadows alike.
I’m just sad it doesn’t include a retro gaming Rad Racer remix with The Midnight playing Los Angeles as we drive around the Ghostlands

I’ve always hated the see-saw of levels. We even had level 120 at one point, then that was dropped down to around level 60. It went back up again, and then down, and then… You get the drift. It’s like the newbie Blizzard team don’t know how to work with higher numbers. Just kids with that “magic paper” propped up on their desks or wall so proudly .
I doubt there will be any action taken without loud community feedback. Look at the Dracthyr, it is still an unfinished feature and took some yelling for them to finally add new classes to them. Adding a new class choice is very simple, they literally added and removed Death Knights from Earthen, this is something they can do easily.
So demon hunters are getting a third spec?
I mean, I always thought the 2 spec class felt like a cop out (incomplete class). So honestly not sure if I should be glad its finally finished or upset that this takes the place of a proper new class?
So far giant TBD. TWW has been alright, but I’ve pulled back the amount I play dramatically (so hard to tell if it’s more of that than actual quality).
That cinematic though. Who were those soldiers? Are they special in some way? I was hoping the Sunwell would/could do more than just Mass Teleport some folks. So is it just a portal at the end of the day?
So we get the allied race of Haranir, a race that was barely explained or interacted with in WW…and are basically Avatar Navi’s. Void DH’s but only for the Void Elves not the Nightfallen and Silvermoon is now neutral and no longer a Horde capital. Plus we get to revisit Zul’Aman for a 3rd time. This is spread very thin.
I’m pretty sure they were the Arathi that we’ve been working with in Hallowfall. It looked like their tabard and armor. It would also make sense since they prophesize the Renilash (battle of light and dark).
After being denied an in-game depiction of Thalyssra and Lor’themar’s wedding, Darkfallen customizations for Nightborne, and the inclusion of Thalyssra in the Midnight cinematic, I will be making the following demands for Midnight that must be met:
- Updated Lor’themar and Thalyssra models in Midnight.
- Nightborne Paladins added
Do not fail me, Blizzard, because the repercussions if you do will be non-existent.
I stand corrected. Thanks! I don’t know why my eyes blazed by that twice.
Early access to housing??
OMG!! So Pay to win!!
You have totally crushed my dreams to participate in the RWF to put a table in my house!
