I like the idea of exploring more Ethereal lore.
New K’aresh zone looks pretty good. Looking forward to the new dungeon.
Not crazy about Tazavesh’s return. Never really liked the dungeon. Did they really need to include it?
New tier set models aren’t great.

Sure
But the fact that I have to play BOTH priory and floodgate for back-to-back seasons is a bit much and I doubt I’ll be renewing my sub because of that.
I’m tired of flood gate, I’m tired of priory.
I was also tired of workshop as this is the THIRD mythic plus season that I’ve played workshop:
BFA season 4
SL season 4
TWW season 2
You need to make sure you don’t have the same dungeon so often, it really makes mythic plus feel a lot less enjoyable.
If i could boycott priory and floodgate I would. But given that my key is RNG and will eventually turn into this dungeons, I can’t do that. Also that doesn’t cover the fact that you have to do every dungeon for rating.
It’s just too much, makes the next season feel very bad.

I want something I can use in the rest of the world. WOW feels so small and isolated now, every new zone a portal of some sort with some gimmick behind it.
I’m sure you’ll add some terrible paragon rep grind too since you’ll need to game out player engagement and let the remaining Craft let in your product wither away under the ceaseless march of FOMO content and icon vomit on the world map.

Matthias Lehner is Arthas.
What was thrown into the Shadowlands by Uther was the Fragment of Arthas stolen by Frostmourne bonded to the Lich King’s Memories.
Eventually that Fragment was ground down to the Lich King’s Memories.
Arthas had 2 chunks of his Soul ripped out by Frostmourne, first when he initially grabbed it and 2nd when his now Autonomous Body noticed the Soul(Dominated by Frostmourne into being in the Passenger’s Seat leaving the Body on autopilot which backfired against the Jailer when the Lich King refused to follow orders) was trying to push the Lich King towards redemption(yes the Body on Autopilot was a Psychopath while the Soul had enough empathy to be horrified by what the Body did upon gaining freedom from the Soul).
After the removal of the 2nd fragment(which Sylvanas later met during Edge of Night as the Fragment of Arthas that Frostmourne sent to the Maw by default) the Lich King ripped out his Heart and Soul with it and cast them into the wastes of Icecrown where the Soul of Arthas sought to aid the Players in hiding from the Lich King while also teaching them why the Lich King cast him out.
The 2nd Fragment of Arthas is best seen in Midnight shown to us by Sylvanas with the Soul of Arthas’s defiance of the Autonomous Body’s action revealed publicly while the Primary Soul of Arthas must be seen in The Last Titan.

Really liking what I’m seeing with the zone. Giving some old-school Outlands and StarCraft vibes, and I’m loving it.

The new dungeon has a gun model, labeled as a carbine. That could mean a gun that is a sleek looking plinking rifle or some abomination that’s more blade than gun. It’s really hard telling…
But no, it seems like it’ll be fun! Excited to give it a go!
