So are we free to clear it then? I assume it hasnt affected loot dropping from bosses. Are are there any consequences for clearing it outside of standard 7 day reset window?

This is absurd… So some streamer can’t tell time and now we need to either scramble to get extra chances at stuff that won’t drop or just eat it?

this is an incredibly dumb “fix” so what you’re actually doing here, and believe me when I say this is what you’re ACTUALLY doing is letting the people who correctly did the raid, you know when the patch was live and not before the patch was live.
You’re letting them FINISH the scarab grind as soon as they finish the bug grind rather than giving us at bare minimum breathing time until tuesday. So instead of an actual chance for people who planned on sleeping you’re incentivizing anyone and everyone who did BWL today to have their sceptres ready before reset likely ringing the gong before Tuesday even comes to pass. Great job!

Calm down son. The War Effort has a 5-day timer that restricts the Bang the Gong quest availability. The timeline hasn’t changed.

You don’t “need” to do anything. If your FOMO is hurting you bad enough to where you feel you NEED to do the OPTIONAL content, then go ahead. Otherwise just sit this one out.

Because its a decision that is pure pandering to like 0.01% of the playerbase, which seems to have been the trend so far since 2019.

Two things:

Nightslayer nexus crystals went from 70g to 10g in 3 hours. A lot more than .01% ran BWL tonight. EVERYONE that raids benefits from extra free lockouts.

Unless youre trying to compete for the Roach and the title and somehow feel like this lessens your chances, this has absolutely no negative impact on you whatsoever.
So take your recreational outrage somewhere else. Go take a nap or something bro. Your yapping is fatiguing the rest of us.
