i’m really looking forward to this!

Its an alirght quest chain, but I think the real bummer here is that the zone does not update after the quest to reflect the current situation, rather it just goes back to BFA warfront mode when you turn in the final quest.

too bad lorewalking requires the latest expansion, sorry blizzard not enough to fork out money for the xpac just for a couple toys…

The big picture look, feel, and oddly performance of the zone were excellent. Everything else was just… so off. All of it kind of shares the same problem. The characters are just so soft. Their expressions, the way they move, the way they speak, the things they say… literally none of the characters good or bad conveyed any grit whatsoever. By the end of it I wanted to just push both the quest line MCs off the tower.

The quest lines themes of racism are also just so tiresome in the way it’s portrayed. The story of the struggle of overcoming(or not overcoming) the legitimate reasons the races of wow have for hating one another used to be how the stories memorable heroes and villain’s rose up. That WAS warcraft. The “humans are the superior race” kind of racism in the story just feels so contrived and out-of-universe modern. Damaged the immersion, ruined the escapism, did not enjoy.

Anyways. 4/10 looked pretty ok
