tbcc joke (probably a bad one). for some off reason most will assume 90% of glaive owners are from gdkp.
It really bothers me that i had them years before DH even existed as a playable class, and i can’t mog them while a new DH can

Illidan is still cringe. Warglaives are still cringe.
So what’s your point?
You don’t need to get the original glaives on your DH to be able to use the cosmetic ones for transmog. So you can run it on any of the classes that can equip the glaives.
Then you can kill Illidan in TW Black Temple on any class to earn the achievement that awards the cosmetic glaives for your DH.
used to be any class that can equip, did that change? my wife has one on her priest lol
I’m not sure if they are still obtainable as I just came back this expansion since quitting in legion, but the mage tower glaives in my opinion are way way nicer!
Good, those vile DHs stole away warriors/rogues/DKs transmog option despite the fact we had the weapons for years

I think a skip is a perfectly reasonable ask tbh. They’re just part of raid design now and one was added retroactively to Siege of Orgrimmar. Plus the smart DH players were jumping up the chains to skip the most tedious part of the raid already anyway, assuming that hasn’t been patched out in the year since I last did a run.
And I got him on my second or third attempt. Jikun on first attempt. Headless Horse on my like 30ish attempt.
But Attumen is my biggest enemy along with Ashes. I don’t think they even have a mount anymore.

There are two steps to getting the glaives for transmog on a DH.
Step 1 is to get the original glaives, that can be done with the classes that can equip the glaives.
Step 2 is to then kill Illidan during TBC TW, this part can be done on any class.
Iirc the second part has to be on the demon huntet

Please just keep in mind that not every weapon or piece of armor in the game is designed to be dropped for every person who plays it. The fun is trying to get it
You know, you don’t have to get both on your DH, right?
All you have to do, is get the pair on ONE character, which I did years ago farming it casually on my Hunter.
You don’t even have to be able to use them- you get an achievement for getting the pair.
Now, all I need to do is roll a DH and finish BT timewalking with him, and bam, I can use 'em as cosmetics.
Thing is, I don’t wanna play a DH, so they’re just gonna stay in the bank lol.
Illidan is cringe, the warglaives are kind of cool though.

i almost never run bt because it’s a boring slog but i did this morning on a whim. no glaives, ofc
I leveled up a DH on Pandaria Remix and I have the transmog 
I don’t think you need the glaives on a DH you just need them on any character that can equip them then kill Illidan in TW Black Temple. Again, not on a Demon Hunter.
Mine are on my warrior. I’ve only done TW on my mage. DH is still lvl70 post Remix.
