2024 getting back to raids - Looking for new home

Hello there , well first want to thank you for clicking here, let’s get started and not waste your time

I am playing wow since BC, played through multiple expansion and had to stop raiding for couple years due to having young kids, now 2024 is the year for me to get back to raiding and mythic dungeons progression.

I’m looking for a new guild that I will be able to progress with and have fun , preferably week ends by 9pm to whenever or 1 week day and 1 week end day 9pm as well.
And if not during the week same time after 9pm

I’m pally healer since years and have many alts but Shadowlestat is mainly the main character I play and want to raid with

I’m on Area-52 and willing to server transfer and even faction change

Speaking fluent French and English and over 30 years old

Welcome back to wow :slight_smile: 2024 is definitely a good year for it.

Glorious Purpose aims to be a competitive end-game progression guild on Area 52 Horde (don’t worry we do welcome you alliance folks :heart: ). We are a core of players that are here to enjoy the game, but also respect the aims to approach raiding, and progressing in a competitive manner. Our goals are to build a officer core that sets the example in stable and experienced leadership, where we are available to all members at all times. We aim to build a core raid team that are all players that stand out in their classes, and commit to raid nights.

Progression: Leaders are AOTC, 1/9M (through pugs currently)

Raid Schedule:

Tuesday/Wednesday - 8:00 - 11:00PM EST (Progression Raiding)

Additional activities are currently being added through the calendar to better support our core raiders and make raid times more convenient for those interested.

Mythic Keys
Aiming to build a strong, active Key running community, where we are pushing high keys and IO.

While not hard requirements, as we want to maintain a laid back / chill raiding environment we do expect you to do your homework. Come prepared to raid, study the fights prior to raid night, run mythic + for free vault upgrades, bring personal consumables. Show up on time.

However, On farm content nights, atmosphere is more relaxed. Our time is precious, and we know your’s is as well. Efficiency is our goal.

Hi Lestat- We welcoming raiders into our Season 3 raid team along with Mythic+ key runners and social members! We’ve achieved AOTC but some of our raid members wanted to take a break and that has opened some new spots and allowed us to reboot things in a more fun and relaxed way while we await The War Within expansion!

We are a small guild (returning, been back full swing for 2 months) working towards building for the new expansion.

Heroic Raiding 7/9 (currently pugging into groups) Working towards Mythic Raiding.

Hey there! We are definitely on the lookout for solid dps to join us in our 2 day pushes.

Who we are:
Our guild was created when 10.2 dropped from a core of raiders who have always been AOTC, CE and at some point pushed for Realm Firsts on top servers. We are back to build for the next expansion and get Cutting Edge while we are at it.
We currently have 200+ members.

What you can expect:

Quick wits and tough skin.

  • We are not easily offended and you shouldnt be either.

Raids are Tuesday/Thursday 7pm-10pm Server time.

We use RCLootCouncil.

  • Loot is prioritized to the individual that will benefit the raid the most

Progression:

9/9 - Heroic
3/9 - Mythic

We are looking for:

BIG PUMPERS
Healers: N/A
DPS: Rogue, Mage, Enh Shaman, Aug Evoker

  • Any strong healer would be considered
  • We will consider anyone who can pull their weight for mythic progression.
    Preference will be given to the listed classes.

YOU SHOULD:

Be 9/9H. [Lower prog must at least know the fights very well.]
Have previous raid experience.
Be prepared for Mythic Progression
