I’d go Necro first, Dark Ranger as a close second. I think tinkerers already exist by way of the engineering profession, and Bards will never be as fun or as handy as they were in EQ. They’ll just be some dumbed down, button mashing version of every other wow class but with music notes as part of their ability effects.

Necromancer. I generally like playing casters and it’s my favorite archetype of Magician/Wizard/whatever.

Except in shadowlands we have actual bard characters in the new zones.

Edit: And with the bells doing things with sound in Bastion I could see it maybe. Also there’s the bell instruments you can loot and use in bastion to provide aoe buffs to party members and yourself.

Edit2: Oh and my vote would be for Tinker or Bard, I’d like Bard, but Tinker seems like it’d be the most likely class to be added outta the bunch.

If Blizzard went all out and made the Tinker class kinda like the Druid class with different mechsuits you could operate and customize I would want it 100%

But if they are gonna be lazy I guess I’ll take bards because I think they are harder to mess up.

I would rather see a necromancer.

I personally don’t have any interest at all in tinker or bard. A dark ranger could maybe be interesting depending on how it was done.

But my vote would definitely go to necromancer.

Honestly Tinker is the only thing I can think of that isn’t already covered in some way by the existing classes. Not sure why so many people are saying Necromancer
 DK is already basically the playable necro. There wouldn’t be much left to give actual Necromancers that isn’t already divided up among the warlocks and DKs.

  • Tinker is grounded in the WC lore and provides new and interesting themes.
  • Necormancer is just cloth Death Knight and/or bone warlock.
  • Bard has never been a thing in warcraft.
  • Warden is just Nelf Rogue.
  • Dark Ranger is just forsaken hunter.

Tinker wins easily.

necromancer makes sense if our next expansion deals with necro and the dead. blizz had their chance with tinker last xpac so i doubt they’ll make it any time soon.
