$2,000 Budget PC

Sorry for the late response Aquorius. I went to purchase the KF and it looks like it’s out of stock. They only have the 9900K. Would that cause any issues to get that one instead?

it’s perfectly fine. The 9900k has an integrated gpu built in awhile the 9900kf does not.

This monitor just came out within the past week.
VIOTEK GFT27CXB
27" 1080p 240Hz
G-Sync and Freessync
1ms response time
Height Adjustment with tilt swivel

Sorry for the delayed response. Apparently, I waited too long to purchase the monitors that I listed in this post, because I can’t seem to find them for sale anywhere due to Covid 19. However, I was looking around and I found these one’s on e-bay for $249.99 each without the original box. The only difference to me looks like one comes with built in speakers and the other doesn’t. I ended up buying the PC listed above with those parts, minus the monitors. Would you recommend 2 of these monitors Kagthul? Thanks!

Monitors: VIOTEK GNV27DB x2 instead of VIOTEK GN27D x2

edit: this has all been covered and i answered to the first post from April.

As for displays, this is my present setup and I love it:

Primary Center Display:
AOC AGON AG241QG4X
24" 1440p 144hz Freesync/Gsync 1ms

Side Displays:
2xAcer K242HYL 24" 1080p 60hz office monitors

I set the center to 125% scale, and mousover in the center edge is fine, and only gets a bit weird on the very top and bottom. You get used to it, though.

My side displays are cheapies, but that’s fine. most videos I watch are 60fps 1080p only anyway, and otherwise its just readouts and forums.

Now you’re recommending getting 3 monitors instead of 2? I’m still pretty set on the curved displays, but want to make sure I get some gaming monitors that are worth it and are going to last me awhile. It just sucks I can really go check out monitors in store due to the Covid pandemic.

OP said

“I want to run 3 monitors at once. I understand it’s best to get the 60 hz gaming monitors.”

So I replied with my experience using 3 displays

nothing will beat a 32 inch monitor at 1440p, sorry

welcome back btw

32" is way too big for desktop use imo. 27 is the sweet spot but 24" has better pixel density, at the same resolution.
