40 mans are more casual than 10 mans for non-officers, maybe you might enjoy stepping down and joining a group that already takes care of all that stuff for you and just be more casual.
10 mans were resetting every 3 days and required you to show up every raid to make the roster work. 40 mans are 7 days, and do not require your entire raid to show up every single time, assuming you have alternates in 10 man and 40 man, you can take breaks more often and you only need to show up to raid once every 7 days.
