Yes, there’s an argument that PvP doesn’t require PvP specs, but it does make that content less engaging. The same is true for raid spec in raid raid content.
Yep, this is why warriors don’t cast fireballs or why priests don’t use back stab or why mages don’t wait for the tank to pull.
Then why have talent trees at all over assigning a specialization when the character is rolled? Why give the players an option to choose their spec if it’s meant to never change?
Respecs costs inhibit gameplay. I think they should feel more like a tank’s repair bill. I’ll spend about 30g each week on repairs, which is why I think respec costs should cap out at 15g.
