So then what idiot programmed the WotLk BG schedule to start with prepatch when certain BGs aren’t available as opposed to when Wrath actually starts? Strand was never in the rotation before, and some one somewhere made the decision to put it in and to start the new rotation with prepatch on a BG that isn’t available.
The same reason why my PVP daily I forgot to hand in the day before prepatch is now a lvl 80 quest that I can’t hand it lol!
I guess they didn’t learn from crusade’s patch where eye of the storm was put on bonus, a BG no one could enter at the time.

Stop white knighting for blizz. They literally destroyed their game because of people like you. It absolutely a big deal and needs to be fixed immediately. It is a giant embarrassment and shows how little Blizzard cares about their player base.

I think you misunderstand.
It’s like BG Weekend started at Week 45 of 2008. Week 1 is WSG, Week 2 is AB, Week 3 is AV, Week 4 is EotS, and Week 5 is SotA, now repeat forever.
Its not like they redid the math for it to workout for WotLK Classic. It’s just what was already existed from the calendar programmed years ago.

If this is what constitutes a big deal to you then I truly envy your life. Or not… TBH the more I think about it the more I’m leaning the other way…
It is a big deal for the game, not for me. I personally don’t care, because I will just stop playing WOW if this is how Blizzard is going to run it. It is why my two accounts no longer have prepaid subs. Blizzard doesn’t deserve my money when they do things like this. Now go back to defending the company that sexually harasses and mistreats its employees. I am enjoying it.

I think you misunderstand. For all of TBC it was week 1 wsg week 2 ab week 3 eots week 4 av. They needed to make a change to add in the SotA weeks as they never occurred during any point of the game until now. Some one made the decision to make that change now instead of sept 26.
Yeah, and that change was decided back in 3.3.5, and now that we are on the 3.4.0 patch, then it has those BG week math decisions already made
We are actually on 3.4 since Blizz made changes to 3.3.5. Stop acting like they weren’t capable of correcting this, especially after they already made changes to the client and they also made the same error on TBCC prepatch.
Stop acting like a bonus weekend going to waste matters.
Just play the game because you find it fun, not because you want to play a game you hate but has better honor per hour.
Im acting like Blizzard is showing their laziness/incompetence once again, IDC about bonus honor, I’m leveling fresh. It’s just ridiculous you come here and white knight for them; they are a AAA game studio, they are rightfully being criticized for their laziness and incompetence.
Yeah, its frustrating. Sucks that the first weekend with new characters doesnt get a pvp bonus weekend.
Its just so exhausting reading all of these threads about how terrible the company is because a bonus weekend is going to waste. Did you visit the forums at all after they announced Joyous Journey? Blizzard was incompentent then for letting people know of the upcoming XP buff and then it didnt show up for 8 weeks. People were foaming at the mouth for that.
People have been impatient all season about learning when wotlk was coming. It’s all about how this game sucks and blizzard is terrible for making us wait.
Boo hoo. This is just more to the never ending crying that something that doesnt even affect the game, just changes the honor per hour you get. Its crazy.

Lol no, Blizzard was getting called incompetent then because they added a 50% xp buff to retail that wasn’t announced or asked for and people were making fun of them for “adding it to the wrong game.”
And yes, the forums are filled with people criticizing Blizzard for their lack of communication. They suck at communicating and always have.
