The water item (while expected to be 1k base), if you have the strider you will get a substantial discount.

While itâd be annoying for sure, but⌠are you implying that 1k of gold is hard to get a hold of, even in BfA?
I could probably run through SoO on Mythic once and have enough gold to buy at least 2 to 3 of them (6 if the discount would be 50% off the normal price).
Delusional if you think u getting free water walking equipment on all your alts, maybe in the first character u login.

That is exactly what blizzard is counting on, in aprox 3 to 4 weeks it will be a non issue for now, When new stuff starts they will just say itâs so ingrained into the system now we canât change it.

T&E mentioned it in their overview video they made, itâs summarized and linked in the WoWHead post.
They are considering making it 1k, it isnât final yet. And to be frank 1k base isnât that bad to pay, full bags are more expensive then that.
You are also forgetting that they straight up stated that if you have the strider, you will pay âsubstantially lessâ than the base price.
So it will not cost 1k gold to swap.
Just for the water walking, if you want any thing else it 1k a pop.
How is it 1k a pop for dazed, when its player made?
Decisions like this are partly why I play other games now.

Also I think Blizz said if you already had waterstrider, then the cost should be less. Is the 1k Prediction after the discount, or before?

Got it. So you are making up future AH prices on a player made item, while knowing nothing about the mats needed for the item.
At this point why not say people will sell it for 10k, and REALLY get some outrage going?

but then I never have to buy them again. If i get the water one cheap and Dazing gets so bad that i want to change it will cost, and if i want to change back it will cost again. And you still have the same bag.
Everyone who has the waterstrider gets free ones sent to them and they can buy more for far cheaper than people who dont have the angler rep. Also theyâre boa
