Out of Exile is a semi-hardcore guild looking for raiders for the remainder of season 3 and beyond! We are a midcore guild that enjoys pushing mythic raiding as far as we can with the overall goal being CE. The core of our roster is very solid and has been around since BC/WotLK, but we are wanting to fill a few gaps to make some deeper runs in mythic than we have in recent seasons.
Raid Times: Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday
9pm-11:30pm EST
Current Progression- ATDH: 9/9H, 6/9M
Recruitment Needs:
Melee- Rogue, Enhance Shaman priority. Open to all.
Ranged- Open to all.
Healers- Disc priest priority. Open to all.
Tanks- Priority on OS tanks
We will never overlook skilled players who are interested. Even if your class isn’t specifically listed above, feel free to still reach out!
Expectations:
-Knowledge of fights beforehand. Obviously, our strats will be adjusted as needed, but a good understanding of fights prior to initial prog allows more pulls to be beneficial and less basic explanation needed as well as understanding the best way to utilize your class on a fight.
-Attendance - around 85-90% and on time. We believe that real life comes first and understand when things come up, but we are looking for consistency overall.
-Willingness to learn from mistakes and take constructive feedback
-Team first attitude- dps and hps are not all that matters, willing to learn and do mechanics for the betterment of the team. Download required addons, not ignore raid lead call outs, etc.
-Be okay with mythic progression (the understanding mythic prog means repeating fights hundreds of times to finally down it).
-Run M+ regularly- we are not looking for 3k io from everyone, but the ability to run high keys consistently to better gear yourself to not slow down progression. Our raiders and officers run them regularly and we want as many players in there as possible to speed up gearing and learn about your class more, plus it’s more enjoyable the more guild groups we have!
We overall like to maintain a relaxed and fun environment so we want anyone on the raid team to be a good fit and enjoy themselves while we push high end raiding.
