Hi I reached the rival rating of 1800 today (on my WW monk alt) and I have two vault upgrades for Tuesday but they are for combatant II rating not rival.

You’ll want to submit a ticket so a GM can take a peek into things, even though the person over there is debating what is currently in their vault from last week’s workings. There is a link to submit a ticket for you.
