Can you please acknowledge if a fix is coming for the Netherwing Drake black scales? Very frustrating that this item has been in game since November, advertised on official ads in January, and is still unobtainable despite being added to an achievement?

- When an ally not equipped with Water’s Beating Heart dispels a player affected by Primal Wellspring Water, the buff will correctly apply to the debuffed player.
- The Primal Wellspring Water debuff is now visible to allies.

Thank you!!! 1% chance over one week would have really sucked. I can see someone not getting this for 15 years at one week per year. Trying to get HH mount and love rocket sucked the first 12 or so years.

Noticed the trap that you jump backwards now leave 3 slow circles. Also, not new but it’s weird but whenever i join plunder menu for the first game it doesn’t show the total plunder counter (only after playing a match).

- Explosive Caltrops now drops caltrops along the entire jump path.
- Explosive Caltrops now affects all targets in the effect range when triggered.

When 2 of the same storms spawn at the same time in 2 different locations, there is no evenness to it at all. In fact, there might as well be one storm spawning, as the odds of getting the right storm in the right location is exactly the same.
RNG should have some structure, instead of this 200 proof raw booze we have been getting for many things and for many years. Seeing the majority of spawns yesterday be earth storms should be a bad thing.
The rares that spawn for the storms are another example. In that 2 hour window all 4 rares should spawn, instead of seeing 2 or 3 of the same rare. The time of spawn can still be rare and if you want to still have duplicate rares spawn go for it. As long as all 4 will spawn at some point.

Bit of a bug with the change to Explosive Caltrops -
The second and third “throws” during the jump set the cooldown to 18 seconds (rank 1’s cooldown), regardless of which rank you’re using; with ranks above 1, you can see the cooldown go from 16/14/12 up to 18 during the jump. I imagine the cooldown should only be triggered from the initial cast.

- The following cast time trinkets will now trigger a 1 second global cooldown and may not be used when the global cooldown is active:
- Manic Grieftorch
- Beacon to the Beyond
- Belor’relos, the Suncaller
- Algeth’ar Puzzle Box
- Manic Grieftorch damage increased by 1.2%. Can now be channeled while moving.
- Storm-Eater’s Boon damage reduced by 25%.
- Dragonfire Bomb Dispenser damage reduced by 15%. Flash of Inspiration may now only occur every 2 seconds (was 0.74 seconds).
- Neltharion’s Call to Chaos primary stat reduced by 6.4%.
- Neltharion’s Call to Dominance primary stat reduced by 15%.
- Nymue’s Unraveling Spindle now triggers a 1 second global cooldown (was 1.5 seconds).
- All Fyrakk’s Tainted Rageheart’s damage reduced by 5%.
- Fixed an issue causing Inexorable Resonator to grant more primary stat than intended.
- Fixed an issue causing Whispering Incarnate Icon to grant significantly more passive secondary stat than intended.
Any chance algeth’ar puzzle box can get a reduced cast time down to 1s so that its effective time-to-cast remains the same, a full 2s of planted downtime with no instant gratification would feel terrible for melee players.
Aww man, don’t do this to Belor’relos. This makes this trinket feel terrible to use.

The Grotto Netherwing Black Scales hotfix has not seemingly fixed the issue as of 4/17/24. Was the hotfix applied to the right version of WoW and not a ptr, by honest mistake? Is this a patch that will need server restarts to apply, or just takes time to roll out to the various players effected? Thanks in advance, and hopefully the bug can get properly fixed soon.

Writing to report that this is still not rewarding properly to all players. I completed the achievement on March 20, 2024, and still do not have the Black Scales for the Grotto Netherwing Drake. Should players still affected put in tickets to be handled individually?
