I dont know what you were expecting. Open world was the only grouping that just got a major content release.

Blizzard Devs break Guardian Spec for Druids
the story will continue with a bunch more quests to get you into the raid, a diff rotation of silver dragon rares, more flavor quests will open and world quests. I think we will get the world boss there this week as well.
