That being said, every DH on ladder is currently stat bugging and needs to be fined.

He was logged out as arms and arms has way higher base mastery so that’s pretty much it, he’s not cheating lol

Arms has base mastery in the 160% range? That seems … excessive.

Mastery isn’t equal for every class. Different mechanics, different %s.
