I think there might be some misunderstanding here with what is meant by ‘mainly long-time subscribers’ for the first wave. I don’t think that means EVERY account that’s a ‘long-time subscriber’ is going to get in immediately; imagine just how many accounts that would be. I don’t even think every ‘long-time subscriber’ will be invited to the beta at all. I think it just means that of the invites that go out, most of them will be based on subscription length.
