Very bad for those of us playing HC. I hear a guild was mid raid. They do not retore characters lost to these issues. May have taken out an entire guild.

Heās decided heās right, and no matter how many times the issue is explained in full, he simply cannot grasp it.
Itās ok man, some of these people are just trolling, they know theyāre wrong.
You people keep acting like theyāre doing this just for fun. Itās still an emergency even if they can give a 15 minute warning for it. And theyāre not going to go longer than that because people like you would keep screaming for more and more time because whatever warning they do give would never be enough.

Sure there is: because the longer you wait, the more poo hits the fan when the coding gets fubared if you keep allowing the infrastructure to fail for longer periods of time.

I understand their meaning, you donāt. You also donāt understand server infrastructure and how they were the ones to cause this issue by trying to update things on Monday not tuesday.

If you get a 30m warning and go start a key; youāre an idiot. Verifiably.
If youāre already in a key, or god forbid just finally formed and started it, 15m means the key is over and youāve lost your keystone.
I actually cannot even fathom that your post could be anything other than trolling. And I truly mean that.

there was no warning. We all lagged out, logged back in. After getting back in there was a 15 minute warning, but the server shut down about 5 seconds after the warningā¦not to mention the initial dc which happened without warning did most of the damage.
Unless thereās a roll back, those deaths are still permanent.

There is a reason. Just because we donāt know what it is doesnāt mean there isnāt one. Also, why 30 minutes? Because thatās how much time a specific person needed to wrap up what they were doing?
They canāt please everyone, which is probably why you donāt see much of a presence on the forums anymore. People gets so angry at the slightest inconvenience.

Nope. Changing the infrastructure isnāt the same as server maintenance. But these people will do anything to be mad.
