I don’t understand why they keep working on everything in lower kara except the problems with lower kara. Every single run the problems is trash. The trash both randomly overpulls and is gravely overtuned to start with. The trash mobs have more health and do more damage than any of the opera bosses ever did. Lower kara would be one of the most fun dungeons in the game if they would reduce the trash damage in half. It would let us actually have fun with all the weird random pulls.

Lower Kara is unrecognizable at this point. It’s been nerfed so hard it isn’t a problem. There are still bugs, like pulling through floors, but scaling is a non-issue.

Oh man… i didn’t know that was a thing! I bet that was a mess

Here are today’s hotfixes for Shadowlands and Wrath of the Lich King Classic:

We have implemented this alternative method to give players an opportunity to drop Bypass Codes so other players can grab them.

Wrath of the Lich King Classic

  • Paladin’s Seal of Corruption can no longer be dispelled.
  • The PvP window should now move or hide itself as necessary when other UI is opened.
  • Fixed a very rare issue where a player could be unable to access their second talent specialization after learning Dual Talent Specialization.

  • It is now possible to get the Brewfest quest “Another Year, Another Souvenir” which rewards this year’s Brewfest Stein.
  • Fixed an issue where the Glyph of Horn of Winter prevented other Death Knights in your raid or party from using Horn of Winter.
  • Fixed an issue with Warrior’s Warbringer talent which prevented Intervene from breaking root effects.
  • Call to Arms Battlegrounds now reward the proper bonus Honor.
  • Quests that did not display completion text when being watched have been fixed and should display the text on what to do next under the objective tracker.

Here is today’s hotfix update:

SEPTEMBER 23, 2022

Player versus Player

  • Solo Shuffle
    • Resolved an issue that could allow players to gain mana regeneration from food summoned by Mages.

Wrath of the Lich King Classic

  • Raids will now count towards the 5 instance-per-hour limit.
    • Developers’ notes: The hourly instance limit prevents players from entering instances that they’ve entered at least once already within the last hour. With this change, farming a dungeon should not prevent you from entering a raid instance, so long as you don’t attempt to reset and re-enter that raid instance multiple times.

SEPTEMBER 27, 2022

Dungeons and Raids

  • Mythic+
    • Affixes
      • Fixed several issues where Quaking could damage players in cases where they were unable to react.

  • Players who enter a battleground while mounted on a flying mount or while shapeshifted into Flight Form will now return to their flying mount or shapeshift form upon exiting the battleground.
  • Fixed an issue where skill level requirements were not enforced when casting the Skinning spell from your spell book.
  • Fixed an issue causing Wartook Iceborn to sometimes disappear during the quest “Across Transborea.”
  • Fixed an issue in “The Battle for The Undercity” where King Varian Wrynn was attacking an NPC that should not be part of the event.
  • Fixed an issue with the quest “Mission: Plague This!” where Greer Orehammer would not offer another flight to players who already had Orehammer’s Precious Bombs in their inventory.
  • Fixed an issue with “The Last Rites” quest where a player could cause Thassarian to become stuck under certain conditions.

Are there plans to add the m+ equipment chest this season as well?

This should’ve been in the game significantly sooner and is a huge reason why the season is dead.

Where are the M+ chests??

At this point of the season, it was better without this change, now it only shows the lack of visibility from Devs about simple things that should had been there since first week.

The timing on this and lack of communication until now is unacceptable. Ion said that the team’s philosophy has changed, they want to communicate better and be more player-friendly, this is a slap to the face of that statement.

When will Blizzard fix the bug preventing cutscene dialogues from quests to happen? It’s been a month and 18 days and nothing was done.

There are TWO MASSIVE threads in both bug report and technical support areas about it. We are losing way too much developer effort for Classic at the expense of the proper wow server which is and will always be Retail.

To little to late…

At this point it should be available to anyone regardless if they PvP just so they can collect the armor appearances.

Blizzard, where are the “Fated Equipment Chests” that were to be sold for 500 valor each? I saw screen shots of them next to the PVP conquest point equivalent but the valor ones didn’t make it to live? Are they to be implemented later? Not at all? I can not find any article on wowhead explaining the reasoning to them not being available.

I have some 16-18k valor points that I have no use for. I was looking forward to leveling a new alt with this 50% bonus xp and then making use of this overflowing valor to gear up quickly enough to join keystones. Now I’ve lost the motivation if it involves doing an m0 world tour again.

I believe you’re talking about the thing being sold as of today by the Heirloom vendor next to the Oribos flight master?

There is the “Eternal Equipment Chest” which is bought with Conquest Points, the rated PVP currency. “Fated Equipment Chest” was the M+ equivalent sold for 500 Valor Points. I checked after reset and didn’t see them. So unless it has since been Hotfixed, then they aren’t there, but I will go check again! Thank you.
