I just achieved the achievement for raising 110 Reputations to Exalted.
I am just courious why there isn’t an achievement for 120?

May never come, but if it does it’ll likely only be after enough other reps have been added to make it realistically feasible for more players
Are you just doing quests to raise all your reps? General curiosity. That’s quite an achievement. I’d like to raise more but I only have a couple at exalted
Wowhead has some good guides (and user comments) to help you get reps up. A good place to start would be the base Horde reps (Orgrimmar, Thunder Bluff, etc), you can buy a tabard from each rep’s quartermaster and then zerg low level dungeons to power through them quickly. A bonus is the base Horde/Alliance factions have a bunch of mounts available to purchase once you Exalt them to help get your mount count up (4-6 for most factions).

After seeing they had finally updated the mount collection achievement, from 500 to 600, first time since the launch of Dragonflight, I excitedly checked this one too. Kind of disappointed its still at 110, its been 926 days since it was last updated

The easy way is to pool your Timewarped badges and mass buy the rep tokens during the weeks that those expacs are the timewalk location. Unfortunately, I was already 101 reps before this became a thing
BUT! I am thankful to say that you can get Brood of Nozdormu maxxed with those tokens during classic timewalk week 
No tokens for the reps that are under the Insane title though, before anyone gets some thoughts of shortcuts for that monsterous chieve lol
