No I don’t have any DH introductions. I was placed in Boralus when I first logged in.
UI Reset ruled out. I however did note that I didn’t get the quest showing Boralus around that is customary when you first arrive. Cyrus gives the quest for you to tell the mages to summon portals. That quest isn’t available, however, all the portals in the portal room in Boralus work.
