Maxed out, the ring should be ilevel 658.

Cyrce's Circlet ring improved for 11.0.7

When 11.0.7 goes live this week, the Siren Isle ring Cyrce’s Circlet will be significantly stronger than it was on the PTR. Cyrce’s Circlet will start at item level 639, and when fully upgraded, will reach a maximum item level of 658. Our goal here is to make the ring a clear choice for the remainder of Season 1, as well as keeping it relevant in Season 2, where it should compete with Heroic raid gear and be replaced by drops from the Mythic raid and high M+ dungeons.
