TLDR;

Need Death’s Chill to generate 3 stacks per Spellslinger Frostbolt in 2v2 or single target situations, there are not enough targets to gain stacks!

Fractured Frost should also apply the 15% to Frostbolt in single target situations in 2v2 and possibly all brackets.

Also, Spellinger Frostbolt will still be 25% damage behind in 2v2 even with these changes in single target situations, as compared to dragonflight. Ugh!

With classes like DK having perma double grip, short CC duration and rogues getting double vanish, it’s even worse to tune and hardcast! Not complaining about rogues at all either, unless you wanna talk about the fact they have uncontrollable CC breaks when on your team. As well as almost every class right now. Lol.

Just speaking of spellslinger frostbolt viability in 2s.

It is the 20th anniversary and I do not even care to login. The game has only been this bad a couple times in the past for me to not login for the achievement! Yikes!

The only times I don’t login is if I am busy or the game is exceptionally bad for my class and play style.
