I got 2 major things that I think would happen… or would be cool.
Part 1: The War Within
A Plot
After the Nerubian raid, newfound knowledge becomes unearthed which leads to the discovery of an even deeper cavernous area that lies beneath Azj-Kahet.

Increasing rumors are spreading revolving around the Light and Dark crystal phasing change in Hallowfall leading to new quest lines to explore and navigate more into these rumors.

The biomes beneath Azj-Kahet would include a multi sharing zone of…
- Rock/molten lava
- Underground wetlands with bioluminescent life
- Abandoned ruins of the Black Empire harboring an old ancient and forgotten aggressive race of beings only vaguely known by the Nerubians, leading into the next raiding content.
- Potential old Black Empire ways to traverse the planet (portal hub / caverns/caves) to fast travel to multiple points across Azeroth.
11.1.5
The lands of Hallowfall become increasingly hostile with the light crystal staying longer in its void state with each passing cycle leading to further quests to uncover exactly what is underfoot and understanding the crystals inter workings.
11.2.0
The story unfolds completely and the finial raid takes place within the crystal itself. Fighting a combination of enemies of the light and void.
Seems it was Xal’atath that was involved in the expansion of the Void within the Hallowfall crystal.
11.2.5
The denizens of Khaz Algar are in upheaval over the events that transpired within the crystal and the very way of life has been up-roared causing massive internal strife and conflict as well as an unlikely alliances putting the blame on the outsiders.
A resolution conclusion will take in place quests and other world content.

It has been discovered that a signal from the events of the Hollowfall crystal has been relayed.
This leads into the pre-expansion event.
B Plot
Anduin continues his journey of overcoming his traumatic experiences.
He attempts with little success at reestablishing his connection with the light.
He eventually makes it to Hallowfall crystal as he feels drawn to it.
During the events of the Hallowfall crystal raid, Audiun sees first hand how the light and void creatures are related and often one and the same entity, leaving him with many unanswered questions.
After the events of Hallowfall, Anduin finally establishes a connection to the power he once was so familiar with… only that it wasn’t what he remembered… it in fact was not warm and light, it was cold and dark…
Part 2: Midnight
A Plot

The signal that went out during the events of Hallowfall has been received.
Agents of the Void have come and invaded the elf and troll lands in Quel’thalas, transforming the lands into something completely unknown and dangerous.
12.1.0
It has been learned that the signal sent during the events of Hallowfall was in fact sent as a pair. Resulting in the armies of the light to come claim what was lost long ago.
The armies of the light discover a massive void presence within reach and are compelled to get involved.
A high ranking agent within the army of the light is unveiled to be Yerl.
Yerl and the armies of the light end up declaring out right war with the Void presence.
Xal’atath And Yerl learn about one another and rallies prospective agents to their cause as the war rages on.
B Plot
Anduin has been trying to suppress his newfound cold and dark powers. He fears what these powers mean and seeks out someone that can help him make sense of it all.
Anduin eventually finds himself face to face with Xal’atath and although rightfully wary, he can’t help but acknowledge that her words have the stench of truth and that perhaps his burden is in fact a gift.
Anduin begins to embrace his cold and dark powers… the powers of Shadow and Void. As he becomes more adept with them, he unknowingly becomes drunk with the power as it becomes all consuming and so he tries to forget his traumatic past so he can focus on his place in the future that is to come.
When the events of the Void and Light come to the tipping point and their war clashes and rips apart Azeroth, the veil of reality itself begins to bend and break before ultimately shattering completely leaving all the denizens of Azeroth in shock and silence over what is before them.
Anduin uses this moment to strike a bargain with the two conflicting sides while at the same time he is able to reach balance within himself as both the light and shadow are contained and coexist without driving him mad or deranged. With this, he exemplifies the balance that both can obtain before the rumblings of the planet are felt by everyone.
Part 3: The Last Titan
- Tinkers becomes a class
- Mechanic (Melee Tank with Robotic and Mech suit skills)
- Technican (Ranged DPS with Tech beam and lightning skills)
- Chemist (Healer/enhancer with nature/blight based skills)
The removal of the Sword requires the conscription of the best and brightest minds of Mechanics and Technicians to employ their skills to tackle the mighty and insurmountable task of removing the giant sword stuck in the world.
- Story is TBD…
Primary take away…
- The War Within = Deep underground conflicts, Hallowfall Light/Void crystal kicking off the events of Midnight
- Anduin exploring the Shadow Priest side of things. Leading to eventually finding a balance and being Disciplined by the journey of discovery and ultimate balance of Light and Shadow.
- Xal’atath working in the background in TWW and becoming a major character in Midnight with the reintroduction of Yrel and the forces of the light to kick off a Void and Light war on Azeroth.
- The events of Midnight kicks off the breaking and shattering of the veil of reality around Azeroth leading to a major awakening of both the minds of its denizens and Azeroth itself…
