all the have to do to show off the content is put quest givers on spots that dismount you, where they want you to see the art/designs, and send you to spots to do quests, where you have to dismount to complete the quest. and for other special sites, just plop a treasure or resource spawn in the middle. i dont think gating flying has been a good idea, since they started doing it.
