I’m surprised that the realms of the Dead even have mailboxes to begin with…
It’s the worst city they’ve ever done. It’s ugly, confusing, forces dismounts for no apparently reason (I’m inside the whole time; why does only SOME inside allow riding?), and has crap transit systems to the various realms.

The playerbase has been very good at rotating mailbox toys in my experience. We had a solid 30 minute chain on A52 before we all ran out!
