because your 2 minute cd is part of an overall spec kit with unparalleled control to deny those bleed removal abilities

Early season 1 was pretty decent for Assassination Rogue. You know that was true when you see them in a lot of the AWC comps at the time and almost everyone on the counter was running some sort of Dwarf.
However, I was hoping for a 1% damage buff across them as well as an undispellable buff for them.

Maybe even when dispelled it does damage to the dispeller. I would have been cool with that.
Not going to lie with the Plate Armor nerf I do expect DKs to drop lower than Assa. Warrior will be a solid target for all physical damage dealers.
