Other than void elf / undead paladins, that is

If Alonsus Faol can continue to be a Holy Priest within the Lore, then Undeads could certainly become paladins.

The only difference between Priests & Paladins are martial training, which Undeads already have through Warriors.

Void Elves on the other hand are a little trickier as their ranks are made up of Void Infused Blood Elves & High Elves that are learning Void magic. The High Elf portion of the Void Elf population could certainly become Paladins as their bodies aren’t infused with Void, they would be much like Discipline Priests with martial training at that point.

Void Elves are made up of Horde Blood Elves & Alliance High Elves

Void Elf Paladin Anti’s like to ignore that canonically, playable Void Elves come from two different populations.

The first being the Void Infused Blood Elves seen during the Allied Race Questline, and the second being High Elf Wayfarers who are not Void Infused but rather are dabbling in the Void, hence the introduction of High Elf skin tones, eye colors, hair colors, and the option to remove tentacles from our hair.

This goes hand in hand with Blizzard making Sandfury Trolls & Wildhammer Dwarves playable through the addition of customization options.

Void Elf Paladins are recruited Telogrus Rift High Elf Wayfarers

It is clear to everyone that the Void Infused Blood Elf population of Void Elves would not be able to be paladins, however the High Elf Wayfarers lore-wise would be able to.

A Void Elf Paladin hailing from the High Elf Wayfarer population would be the equivalent of a Discipline Priest. Light & Void are forces that can be utilized by the same individual as long as it is done with care, as seen by Anduin Wrynn, usage of the Netherlight Crucible, and the Priest order of The Conclave made up of masters of the Light & embracers of the Void,

But how do we represent this ingame?

A simple gameplay solution would be to lock Void Elves from utilizing Void customizations when the Paladin class is selected. This includes disabling the usage of Void skin tones, eye colors, faces, and hair tentacles.

A similar concept is already used in game for Death Knights, where certain customizations are only selectable when choosing the Death Knight class. Additionally, selecting regular skin tones when creating a Void Elf already locks you out of selecting nearly half of the Void Elf face options in the live game.

We have the technology, and we have the lore.
