“Subject to” does NOT mean guaranteed. Ya’ll damn well know that they don’t always get deleted, just as we also know that the word petition does not automatically just mean an actual link to an actual site that has an Actual petition.
Back on topic: Hover (in ALL of it’s wording, idgad how many fancy twists Blizz uses to pretty it up) should always be auto-included in all flight. Amen.
