“You must use your local currency to purchase Battle.net Balance.”
Unable to purchase balance and has been an issue for over a month now.
Checked troubleshooting & confirmed country etc is correct. Shows correctly as AUD when I check balance & payment methods however the moment you go to purchase currency flag is removed & error when try to purchase.
Forum comments going back to July 2026 on US
Also Customer support on EU since July 2026
EU also contained blue posts stating would be resolved 13 days ago yet still an issue
