I agree that that sounds like it should work. But (a) that page isn’t responsive currently, and (b), when it was working, it just asks for a text description of what’s wrong. If I type anything related to “falling through the world” and “disconnecting” it suggests the things I’ve tried already, the service that doesn’t work, or just sends me to a menu that cycles back on itself. Please provide a link that actually allows me to create a ticket.
It’s a generic link that doesn’t lead to any means of opening a ticket. How do I open a ticket?

Same issue happen to me as well. Been falling tough world for 12hrs. Instantly get disconnected. The link provided did work, and i was able to submit ticket.

Need some help. I am still stuck falling through the world after using the Stuck Character service twice.

You have a ticket in, a game master will answer it as soon as it comes up in queue.

I had already use the self help stuck character service 3 times. It is 8hours cooldown each.
Also submitted a ticket. The reply I got a few hours earlier was the issued is fixed. But it is not. I am still stuck.
