Serious account progress glitch in Warcraft Rumble!
I have 100% fully completed all Normal stages of Plaguelands, and I own 154 medals, way over the 50-medal requirement to unlock Hero Mode.
Every other zone in the game has Hero Mode accessible without any problem.
Only Plaguelands has zero Hero Mode entrance, completely missing from the map.
I have done all standard fixes to rule out local issues:
- Fully uninstalled and reinstalled the game
- Cleared all game cache data
- Logged into my account on multiple different devices
- Replayed all Plaguelands normal levels over and over again
None of these methods worked at all. This is definitely a server-side database bug on the official side, not a personal device or network problem.
Please urgently check and reset my account progress, fix the missing Plaguelands Hero Mode entrance bug immediately!
