Undead/Beast Arclight Event Cenarius Bug

So the Cenarius boss fight for the Undead/Beast Arclight is bugged. Seems to be self healing too much. I am 2 levels above Cenarius and could barely take him down. I have screen recordings of this bug as well.

I am having the same issue but in arclight Cenarius wild, I am 5 levels above and He just outheals my damage
