You know, minimum wage jobs are pretty cheap right now. Hiring 1 person to do QA would catch this stuff.
You have such a solid game. It’s fun and I want to spend money on it.
Except it has been so bug ridden and poorly tested for the past year now that people have completely given up.
Having the exact same bug that was present in the Ysera event persist into the next event without ever fixing it is unacceptable.
Introducing new ones, where the customer pays 5 bucks for literally nothing…wow.
I mean, we joked that despite how bug ridden the game was, at least there were no bugs in the shop, a cynical sarcastic shot at how the revenue stream portions of the game always seem to be working.
And now you’ve broken that. And offer 1k event tokens as compensation… lol
I wish I wasn’t such a Blizzard fanboy. It’d be easier to just quit. I just can’t believe one of the biggest game developers in the world can’t get their act together and would treat actual paying customers like you value our money and want to give us value for our dollar.
