Season 6 Shop Offers and Gifts

At the start of Season 6, LATAM players experienced an outage and could not play for some time. Players who purchased the “Season 6 Rare Mini” offer from the shop did not receive the displayed Coin amount. We apologize for the inconvenience and will send the gifts below to the affected players.

Eligibility: Any player in the LATAM region with 10 Sigils or higher who logged in at least once between May 23, 2024, and May 30, 2024.
Gift Details: 1200 Coins
Grant Date: June 5, 2024 – June 7, 2024

Eligibility: Any player who purchased the “Season 6 Rare Mini” offer but did not receive the advertised Coins.

Grant Date: June 5, 2024 – June 7, 2024

In addition, all players could not purchase shop offers before they expired. We will reintroduce these offers provided the prerequisite conditions are met. For example, players who would like to buy the siege offer will need to complete the Stormwind siege again before the offer becomes available.

Doesn this mean you won’t be offering anything to players in the US that had issues with the bugs?

What about players who got charged for real money purchases and didn’t receive anything, and also can’t get a refund through Apple because they just don’t care?

What about players from Switzerland? I couldn’t buy the offer I got for beating Onyxia? I couldn’t buy “Conqueror of Azeroth” or “Gatgetzan’s Greatness” either. I would like to know what about Swiss players, i.e. European players?

Yes. One offer with 8000 arcs was not purchasable and you never put it back. That’s a shame. I really wanted to get it. :cry::sob:

Hi, where do i have to report it, here?
I also bought the seasonal mini pack where i still did not receive gold and also a daily reward of 1500 gold a few days ago where i didn‘t see it so far.

I also purchased the season 6 mini pack - I also have NOT received ANY coins AT ALL so far. I thought we were supposed to have a resolution for this 2-4 days ago??

This announcement states we’d get our coins between the 5th-7th - here it is the 9th, and surprise, surprise! STILL NO COINS. This is absolutely ridiculous.

It’s June 10, I still didn’t get the gold. I’m waiting 11 days for some virtual number to be increased, it’s not like anyone is producing something or actually sending me something…

This is way beyond bad customer service at this point.

How could you have gotten anything if you couldn’t even do the siege of Stormwind? This week it’s MC’s turn. And what about the offer you got from Onyxia? Do you have to kill Onyxia again for that?

Mine is related to the season 6 mini pack that I purchased 2 weeks ago now. Never got the coins from the pack. Never got the coins from this supposed fix that supposedly happened between the 5th and 7th.

And of course, absolutely zero communication from Blizzard about why we are still stuck waiting for things we paid for weeks ago…

There are a bunch of us on the Discord bug channel who still have not received the coins, or the compensation package. More than two weeks on…

Blue response on one thread is to raise a support ticket, but I have done that several times and simply get rubbish responses and the ticket reclosed repeatedly. Please don’t push this under the rug - I and others have not received something that was paid for…

Sounds familiar. Each time I try to ask for information/an update, I just get the standard copy/paste boilerplate that they are “working on it”, and to “be patient”. But, didn’t they already work on it? Wasn’t that what the fix was for that they supposedly rolled out between June 5th and 7th? Of which I did not receive anything from that supposed fix, either…

After 2 weeks, I feel like I’ve been more than patient enough…

To the Blizzard employees, I would like to know what the situation is now with the rewards for killing Onyxia. Because back then there was a problem with the shop and you couldn’t buy it. What is the situation with players from Switzerland, or rather with players from Europe? I would like to have the package in the shop again so that I can buy it.

I am also affected by the “Season 6 Rare Mini” issue. Was advised by GM via ticket response to leave a comment here.
